The ski resort is located in the cadastre of the picturesque village of Medvedie. Ski lifts can be found approximately 300 metres behind the village in the direction of Šarbov. In the womb of the beautiful nature of the Low Beskydy Mountains it was started to build in 1998, when the ski lift Tatrapoma ,,P,, with a length of 400 m was put into operation. Later on the same ski slope was added the ski lift ,,S,, for beginners with a length of 200 m. The resort has acquired the dimension of an ideal family skiing resort with the construction of a new ski slope and a third ski lift Tatrapoma H100 with a length of 600 m and a vertical drop of 130 m. The advantage of the resort is its accessibility and natural snow, which is abundant in the Low Beskydy Mountains throughout the winter. Ski trails are groomed. There is a large, well-maintained and free parking lot. The ski resort has a cafeteria and toilets.
