The Sigord reservoir can be found only 15 minutes away from Prešov in the beautiful countryside.
Thanks to the Čavargy civic association, this locality has come to life and since 2017 has been spreading the idea of combining local development with culture, music, sports, ecology and education. The constructed boathouse is located in a beautiful natural scenery, where you will find fireplaces, pallet seating and a wooden bridge over the Delňa stream. With the help of volunteers, a nature trail, the so-called "Sigordské koľečko", has been built around the reservoir, where information boards with information about the local fauna have been installed, as well as new benches with a beautiful view of the water area. The crossing will take you no more than 30 minutes of comfortable walking. In the summer there is the possibility of boating and using the tourist train Malý Muk - Sigord Racová and back, cycling and in winter skating.
