Sigord and the surrounding area is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the region Prešov. It is situated within the cadastral area of the village of Kokošovce, in a natural setting Slanské hills, about a 15-minute drive from Prešov. Mineral springs in the surrounding area

The easiest way to get to Sigord is by car via the village of Kokošovce; you can park in the car park above the boathouse and continue on foot from there.
Entry to the reservoir, walks in the surrounding area and hiking trails are free of charge; however, there may be a charge for seasonal services, such as boat trips or refreshments.
The site is open all year round, but it is advisable to check the current opening times of the boathouse and other attractions before visiting.
