An easy hike to the mineral spring in nearby Cemjata starts behind the Prešov Calvary. Cemjata is an old suburban recreational area of Prešov, where the city baths were built around the spring of iron water during the 19th century. The easy trail is less than six kilometres long and passes through the forest and hills belonging to the Šarišská vrchovina (Šariš Highlands). It can be easily completed within two hours, which will be especially welcomed by families with children. Resting places with benches, fireplaces and a well provide space for a pleasant rest. The Cemjata itself is also a very rewarding place, where there are various gazebos, a small lake and a mineral spring with calcium-magnesium minerals. Cemjata is also a tourist crossroads where the routes to other tourist destinations begin, such as the Devil's Stone - a unique block of vein quartz from the Tertiary period - in the valley below Ščerbova hora or the monument to the 1831 Peasants' Revolt on the Furča hill.
