The ethnographic exposition in nature - the Museum of Ukrainian Culture in Svidník (SKANZEN) - is spread over a ten-hectare area in the immediate vicinity of the amphitheatre. The complex ethnographic exposition, opened in 1982, on the basis of significant material material gives visitors a comprehensive idea of the basic living conditions of the Rusyn-Ukrainians of Slovakia in the past historical periods. The most typical monuments of folk architecture and housing in this part of Slovakia are concentrated here. In the transferred and reconstructed buildings typical folk furniture, household inventory, traditional working tools and examples of folk art are installed. In addition to the main types of dwellings, all types of traditional farm buildings are also represented in the exhibition: barns, pigsties, granaries, hay houses, cellars, wells and other smaller buildings. These buildings are used for the installation of traditional agricultural tools - various types of wagons, ploughs, harrows, sowing machines, grain baskets and other various implements. Technical and farm buildings are represented by a water mill, windmill, water sawmill and other smaller buildings. They are located along the stream, where all the necessary conditions are in place to demonstrate their activities. Among the cult buildings there is a wooden church (1766) from Nová Polianka (Mergeška) with rich interior decoration.
