The bike path through the Čergov valley. The bike path through the Čergov valley begins in the municipality of Červenica near Sabinov. It leads along a busy 1st class road to the town of Sabinov through the municipality of Pečovská Nová Ves. Here you can stop by several mansions and manor houses of various architectural styles. The bike path continues along the side roads through the municipalities of Červená voda and Jakovany to Ľutina, which is a well-known pilgrimage site. From there, it continues along an unpaved sidewalk to Hanigovce, where the remains of the medieval Hanigovce castle stand. You can look forward to very nice panoramic views of the surrounding region and the Čergov Mountains.
