The Čergovská valley cycle route starts in the village of Červenica near Sabinov. Its initial part leads along the busy class I road to the town of Sabinov through the village of Pečovská Nová Ves. Here you can see a number of manor houses and castles, which are interesting for their varied architectural styles. The cycling route then continues along secondary roads through the villages of Červená voda and Jakovany to the village of Ľutina, which is a well-known pilgrimage site. From there it continues along an unpaved path to the village of Hanigovce, where the remains of the medieval Hanigov Castle remain. You can enjoy very nice panoramic views of the surrounding region and the Čergov Mountains.
