The village of Ražňany is situated in a beautiful environment Šariš Basin. From the district town Sabinov is 2 km away. The centre of the village has an altitude of 350 m. The first written mention of the homestead is from in 1248, when it is mentioned as part of the estate of Šariš Castle.
In the village there is a beautifully reconstructed recreation area, which is also known to the people of Ražň under the name of Three wells. It offers a great option for families with children. There is a pleasant sitting area and a fireplace that can be used for barbecues.

How do you get there?
At the last bus stop in the direction of Jarovnice, take the path to the right past the football field and then straight ahead along the dirt road until you reach the edge of the forest. From there, take the left steep path up the hill and you are on the opposite side of the path.
