Art Nouveau curio from the 20th century is a block one-storey two-tract corner building with a small round tower. It originally had a balustraded terrace in front of the entrance, with winged pediments above the windows. The cloister has already been rebuilt and has been used since 1990 as a municipal office, library and cultural hall. In 2020 it was renovated and followed by an extension with a modern architectural appearance.
