Radatice is situated in the southeastern part of the Šariš Highlands at an altitude of about 285 m at the confluence of the Chujava and Žarinec streams, with the Svinka watercourse. This eastern Slovak municipality belongs to the Čierna hora micro-region. The village was founded in 1964 by the merger of the villages of Meretice and Radačov. There is a national cultural monument, which is a late-classical manor house, where you can find the municipal office, library, gym and common room.
The late-classical manor house from 1863 was originally a one-storey longitudinal block building with a bay in the centre of the main transept and a perpendicularly built two-storey extension. Later the mansion was altered into a double-winged building. On the second storey at the corner are grouped pilasters with cornice capitals. The rooms have flat ceilings, some of which are covered with cornice and mirror vaulting.
