Recreational area Delňa was built in the 1950s, about 5 km from the centre of Presov. The area is also known for its rich flora. It is situated on a vast area of 15 hectares and provides space for recreational sports. Visitors have the opportunity to use the sports fields for volleyball, beach football and ping pong tables. In addition to the water area, the area offers the possibility to retreat to the shade thanks to the rich grass and tree cover and enjoy true relaxation in nature.
The reservoir has a barrier-free entrance and is fed with treated and hygienic water. The water is refreshing, which is sure to please many visitors who need to cool down during the summer heat. The safety of bathers is ensured by a qualified water rescue service during operating hours.
There are also climbing frames, slides, small carousels or many other attractions for children. There are also several buffets in the area, offering traditional fast food, chilled drinks and ice cream.
Toilets and showers are on the outskirts of the site.
