Children's Day in the Šariš region will be full of fun, laughter and experiences

The Šariš region is again preparing for one of the most popular holidays of the year - Children's Day in 2026. Towns and villages throughout the region are preparing a varied programme full of games, creative activities, performances, sports and family atmosphere. The celebration of the International Children's Day will belong to all the little visitors, but also to parents, grandparents and all those who want to enjoy a pleasant day in the company of the little ones.

Children can look forward to competitions, jumping attractions, face painting, creative workshops, fairy tale characters, music and dance performances or demonstrations of the work of firefighters, policemen or rescuers. There will also be sweet rewards, refreshments and an accompanying programme for the whole family. A number of events in the region will also create a platform for local artists, folk groups, schools, nurseries and community organisations.
