Tourist Information Centre Region Šariš based at 67 Hlavna Street in Prešov became the newest member of the Association of Information Centres of Slovakia (AiCES). This significant step confirms the quality and professionalism of the services provided by TIC in the field of tourism.
TIC Region Šariš offers visitors a wide range of services - from up-to-date information on tourist attractions, cultural monuments, excursions and events, to tips on cycling routes and local gastronomic specialties. The offer also includes maps, postcards, publications about Prešov, the Šariš region and Slovakia, souvenirs and gift items. It also sells tickets for popular thematic tours Discovering Prešov.
Membership in AiCES allows TIC Region Šariš to engage in cooperation with other information centres in Slovakia, to share experiences and best practices, and thus improve the quality of services provided. At the same time, it strengthens the competitiveness of the Šariš Region as an attractive tourism destination.
