September will see a major event at the museum: the grand opening of a new exhibition by Michal Bosák on the history of Slovak emigration to America.

A new exhibition in the historic Bosák Bank building will shed light on the life and business career of a prominent American-Slovak banker, as well as the history of Slovak emigration to the United States.
In addition, we’ll be inviting you to another ‘Tea at Five’ at Rákoci’s, and you can still visit the exhibition ‘Summer 1831: In the Shadow of the Plague’.

Tea at Five at Rákóczi’s – Juraj Sriemsky and the Battle of Mohács
The lecture will examine the Battle of Mohács in 1526 through the chronicle *The Destruction of the Kingdom of Hungary* and from the perspective of the contemporary chronicler Juraj Sriemski.
