PREŠOV WINE CELLARS 2026

PREŠOV WINE CELLARS 2026
Enjoy eight Small Carpathian wineries in eight Prešov establishments. Taste great Slovak wines and get to know Prešov wine cellars with a long and glorious history. All this will be on offer at the 4th annual Prešov Wine Cellars event on Saturday 7 February 2026.
PARTICIPATING WINERIES
For the fourth time wine lovers will fill the centre of Prešov on the first Saturday in February. In the 2026 vintage, we have focused on the wine village of Vinosady (between Pezinac and Modra), supplemented by one winery from Šenkvice. All of them have their headquarters and the core of production in the Lesser Carpathian wine-growing region.

In parentheses we indicate in which establishment the winery will be available.
Vinkor - Vinosady (Pension and restaurant Átrium)
Vinovin - Vinosady (Caraffka City Gallery)
Martin Pomfy - Mavín - Vinosady (Wine bar and wine shop Viecha pod klenbami)
Bobulles - Samuel Hacaj - Šenkvice (Kumšt Café)
Wine Pútec - Vinosady (Pizzeria La Cucaracha Trojica)
Winery Hanúsek - Vinosady (Restaurant Culinary)
Vins Winery - Richard Tóth - Vinosady (Restaurant Via Magna)
Juraj Zápražný - Vinosady (Šarišska chiza U kľučika)
PARTICIPATING ENTERPRISES
All the businesses that will host the wineries are located in the centre of Prešov, within easy reach of public transport. Their map is included in the Wine Passport, which is the ticket to the event. All businesses will be prominently marked on the street in front of the entrance with an eye-catching sign. The premises of each business that will host winemakers are historically linked to the wine trade, which has been one of the main trade commodities in the history of Prešov. The main boom of the wine trade in Prešov dates back to the 16th and 17th centuries. A large cellar system, which also served as a storage space for wine, remains in Prešov from this period. Several historic cellars will also host customers of the event or will be open for tours during the event.
