On the occasion of the 85th birthday of academic painter Michal Čabala SNM - Museum of Rusyn Culture in Prešov prepares the exhibition MICHAL ČABALA - KNOWN - UNKNOWN. The opening of the exhibition will take place 19.2.2026 at 16:00.
His compositions were dominated by images of gently undulating landscapes, and his associations of landscape and water were very successful. The exhibition presents a selection of his paintings and offers a view of the artist not only as a well-known landscape painter, but also as a personality of the artistic life of the city.
The curator of the exhibition is PaedDr., Mgr. Anna Simková.
Visitors can see the exhibition in the museum until until 17 May 2026.
