Temporary museum object
The exhibition brings a contemporary view of the sculptural tradition of Prešov. Selected works and installations create a space where history meets contemporary art. Visitors will see how the heritage of local sculpture is transformed in dialogue with today's artists and materials.

Petra Kanócz: Tender Giants
The exhibition presents Petra Kanócz's paintings, in which monumental paintings of flowers are transformed into living, almost supernatural creatures. Through large-format canvases, the artist explores the boundary between beauty and decay, drawing the viewer into a dreamlike space between reality and illusion.

Eduard Klena: He loves me, he loves me not 2
The exhibition is a loose continuation of a multimedia project that the artist worked on during his Arts Itoya residency in Fukuoka, Japan. The site-specific installation works with fear and anxiety, overarching social conditions in Slovakia by using textile objects, video, light, sound and a sound art piece by German artist Bernhard Hollinger.

Marek Rohaľ: On the Edge of Light
The exhibition presents a selection from the time-lapse series “On the Edge” by photographer Marek Rohal, who offers an authentic view of the lives of homeless people through black and white photography. Rohaľ's photographs reveal the fragile border between anonymity and human dignity.

Katarína Mudroňová: At the boiling point
The exhibition presents a photographic series by Katarína Mudroňová that explores the transformation of organic forms through everyday kitchen tools. The artist works with the metaphor of cooking as a process of power, control and sensory processing of nature. The project highlights the fragility and vulnerability of natural commodities in the moment just before irreversible transformation.
