The 16th edition of the festival will take place in Kendice on Saturday 29 August 2026 Kendice Cabbage Festival.

At the event, visitors will have the opportunity to taste cupcake specialties from traditional Kendik cuisine. Cabbage dishes will be offered by home cooks and chefs, but also by professional culinarians who promise the famous cabbage delicacies.
On Saturday, the festival gates will open at 3 pm. In addition to the food, adults and children will be able to enjoy an entertainment programme performed by the local theatre company Etudy.
Later, artists from the Kendičan singing group and children from the Kendičanik folklore ensemble will perform their folklore band.
The entertainment will be provided by moderator Michal Hudák Jr. The festival will feature the fantastic band Elizabeth and the Kolačkovské Trio.
The programme will culminate with a concert of the music group INÉ KAFE.
Dancers and well-known DJ's Marcus & Daff will take care of the night dance show.
During the event, various entertainment attractions from zabavka.sk will be prepared for visitors.
