They accompany us from early childhood, but their mysterious and exciting stories lure us into adulthood. They have often made Discovering Prešov more interesting and lively.
This time we will focus on them and reveal what secret is hidden behind the bricked-up gothic window in the underpass under the town hall.
To whom the stork did not bring a baby but gold?
Why did the Carmelites escape from Prešov? What happened to the veil for Princess Isabella? What ominous omens foreshadowed Caraffa's bloody slaughter? Did Rakoci escape from Prešov through an underground tunnel? And do we have roses or strawberries in our coat of arms?
You will learn that and maybe more if you come on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in front of Tourist Information Centre Region Šariš in Prešov at 67 Main Street.
