A bra fitting will teach you how to choose the right bra, and you’ll most likely discover that you’ve been wearing the completely wrong size up until now. Our guest is Julka Makarová, a professional bra fitter with 20 years’ experience, who has helped thousands of women.
What’s more, they all had one thing in common – a distorted self-image. Women face enormous pressure to look perfect and be the ideal weight, so every single one of us, when we look in the mirror, struggles with the fact that we don’t look good enough.
A well-fitting bra can significantly improve one’s overall appearance, so we’ll be discussing the most common mistakes women make when choosing a bra and, together, we’ll take a look at the beauty culture we see on social media, or in traditional mass media, and what effect this specifically has on women’s perception of their own bodies.
