How often does a woman feel like a woman? What determines that feeling of happy, magical levitation? Neil Simon’s play explores precisely these most pressing questions of our time. After all, the balanced interplay of Yin and Yang energies in the universe is the result of complex work on oneself, on one’s personality and on one’s life. And both women and men should strive for this – because it takes two to tango.

The heroine finds herself alone, in the midst of her “unmanageable” middle age, and grappling with her recent, painful break-ups. It seems as though life has come to a standstill, and all the carefully constructed patterns of a comfortable existence have gone up in flames due to circumstances. She could break down and come to hate her fate. But… fate bestows upon her three madcap friends and two passionate Spanish lovers of life. How this thrilling comedy will end, and whether Flores will learn to feel like a happy and enchanting flower, we shall find out after watching the performance. This production is a blend of wonderful humour, the inexhaustible wisdom of existence, and a love of life and of oneself.
