'The Gift of Life' is a moving folk tale A woman whose heart was scarred by the loss of her husband, yet whose soul never ceased to dream. In the silence of her grief, amidst her memories, a spark of hope was rekindled. To the rhythm of folk songs and dances, the widow’s journey unfolds before the audience; embraced by traditions, kind-hearted people and the wisdom of her ancestors, rediscovers meaning – a new love, a new home and, in the embrace of new arms, a gift she no longer dared to dream of – the gift of a family.
