Do you love folklore, music and dance? Or have you always wanted to try your hand at Slovak folk dances, but haven’t had the chance yet? The folklore dance school for adults is back!
📅 Every Wednesday from 7 October 2026
🕖 7.00 pm – 8.30 pm
📍 KZ Družba, Prešov
🎟️ €9 per person – payable in cash on the day
You can register individually or as a pair.
From 7 October 2026, we’ll be meeting again every Wednesday at KZ Družba, where, under the guidance of professional PUĽS dancers Peter Dvorský and Sandra Petrova, you’ll learn the basics as well as various elements of Slovak folklore.
You can look forward to dances such as the krucena, polka, waltz, czardas, karička, čapáše, men’s figure dances and more. And it doesn’t matter at all if you’ve never danced before – the course is also suitable for beginners.
