In April, we will go to learn about the circumstances of the creation and development of the Regional Gallery, which celebrates its seventieth anniversary this year. Not only will we get to know another remarkable story, but we will also get to see the unique spaces of the townhouses with their own history, medieval cellars, authentic courtyards and modern presentation rooms.
We will see the new exhibition of restored works by Ľudovít Feld and Orest Dubay and we will also remember the „Prešov Rodin“, the sculptor Dušan Pončák, whose gift forms a substantial part of the permanent exhibition of Sacred Art. The temporary exhibitions Situation III and Memento by Andrej Mrúz will also be open to the curious for a symbolic fee.
If you are interested in the fate of the Prešov gallery, come on Sunday 12 April 2026 at 14:00 in front of the Tourist Information Centre (TIC) in Prešov at Hlavná 67.
