Statues and sculptures are an essential part of squares, parks, buildings and gardens of our city. The ones in the centre are probably familiar to everyone, so this time we will go to its immediate surroundings, where we are often not even aware of the presence of sculptural decoration. With Slavomir Capek, co-author of the publication Atlas of Sculptures, we will discover the sculptures and their creators in the grounds of the hospital, the amphitheatre and the Garden of Art. He will introduce you to the works of Michňa, Jackuliak, Špálek, Mácha, Grega, Varga, Hanudeľ, Chovanec, Gramatik, Zlatoš, Moshko, Dzuričková, Tóth, Stupavský or , Hitchens and Castiglione. We will not bypass the work of Gaj, Cicaca, Gibala, Kačmár, Machaj, Patočka, Purdes, Loffler or Pončák.
