Work soon began on building a village on the donated land. The village was named Jakubova Ves (Jacabfolua).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the south of Jakubova Vo\u013ea lies a hill with a distinctive plateau, known locally as <strong>Fortified settlement<\/strong>. In the past, during the Great Moravian period, there was a fortified settlement there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, a much-visited tree also attracts attention in the village.
