Since its inception, the tournament has been visited by almost<strong>\u00a080 000 participants<\/strong>, of which more than 65 000 male and female players in total from\u00a0<strong>3 382 teams from 29 European countries<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>and Asia<\/strong>.\n\nThe tournament will be played\u00a0<strong>from 2 to 5 July 2022, daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., on 7 natural grass pitches and 2 artificial turf pitches within the city of Pre\u0161ov.<\/strong>\n\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10398 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.regionsaris.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/fragaria-cup-foto.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1362\" \/>\n\nYoung footballers fight for victory in\u00a0<strong>8 boys' categories\u00a0<\/strong>(8 - 15 years).\n\nThe youngest boys' categories U8 to U11 will play their matches on the pitches in the 4 SPORT area, where will be located also\u00a0<strong>call center,<\/strong>\u00a0which will provide participants and visitors with all information about the tournament, including online results service and match schedules. There will be an on-site\u00a0<strong>\u201eFUN ZONE\u201c<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>with refreshments, workshops for participants, sale of promotional items, LCD screens with online results service and various attractions for participants and visitors of the tournament.<\/strong>\n\nAge categories U12 - U15 will play their matches on the fields:\n<ul>\n \t<li>\u0160K SAFI - Muka\u010devsk\u00e1 ul.<\/li>\n \t<li>Technical secondary school - Volgogradsk\u00e1 str.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe award ceremony for the winners in all age categories will take place on Tuesday 5 July 2022 at approximately 4.00 pm at the 4 SPORT venue.\n\nIn addition to medals, diplomas and winning cups, winners in all age categories will also receive prizes in kind and all participating teams will take home a \u201eCertificate of Participation\u201c for the FRAGARIA CUP 2022 as a souvenir.\n\nAlready among the nearly 70 registered participants are teams from 9 countries - Albania, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, Ukraine, Slovakia and Georgia, which will participate in the tournament for the first time.\n\n<strong>Official programme<\/strong>\n\n<strong>1 July 2022 \/Friday\/<\/strong>\n\n9.00 - 20.00 - arrival and registration of teams in\u00a0<strong>Bowling at the track,\u00a0<\/strong>ul.
