See an overview of skiing opportunities in the \u0160ari\u0161 region.\n<h1><strong>Ski resort Ski Drienica<\/strong><\/h1>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8690 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.regionsaris.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/2-FOTO-Ski-drienica.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1536\" \/>\n<pre>Photo: Ski Drienica<\/pre>\n<strong>Ski Drienica is located in the village Drienica in the Sabinov district<\/strong> and offers its visitors ski trails of different difficulty levels. The resort is an ideal choice for families with children. There are wide slopes and safe lifts for children. However, beginners and more experienced skiers will not get lost on the slopes of Ski Drienica. The resort is located at an altitude of around 700 metres, so it has good conditions for a long ski season, which is also helped by artificial snow. The total capacity of the resort is 2 500 people, the number of ski slopes is 4. The total length of the ski slopes is 2450 m, which are technically snow-covered including artificial lighting. Visitors do not even need to bring ski equipment to Ski Drienica. He can fully rely on <strong>rental<\/strong> skis, snowboards and other ski equipment. <strong>Depending on the current conditions, two large lifts and two small lifts are in operation.<\/strong>\n\nSki Drienica can also become a place where you can learn to ski. Alternatively, it can be a place where you can improve your skiing under expert guidance. The ski resort has several experienced<strong> ski instructors<\/strong>. There are several tea rooms and fast food restaurants right on the slope. SKI LYS\u00c1 is hidden in the heart of \u010cergov. From the top of Lys\u00e1 (1 068 m above sea level) there is a magnificent view of the main ridge, Ve\u013ek\u00e1 Javorina, Min\u010dol and, with good visibility, the Tatra Mountains. It is located 25 km north of Pre\u0161ov, above the town of Sabinov. Access to the resort is <strong>from village Drienica<\/strong>. The centre offers<strong>\u00a0four groomed slopes<\/strong> over 6 km long, which are designed for advanced and beginners. In good snow conditions, it will be possible to ride on up to seven slopes. During the winter season, a new snowmaking system provides a guarantee of snow. In winter, a short poma will take you up to the top of the mountain after you have been lifted by a double chairlift. In the resort area there is\u00a0<strong>Mountain chalet Sport<\/strong>, which provides accommodation, as well as restaurant services and an outdoor terrace.\n\nSki, snowboard and sled hire is available directly at the gateway to the resort.\n\n<strong>Opening hours of Ski Lys\u00e1 Ski Centre<\/strong> are from 08:00 to 16:00.\n\n<strong>Price list:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Adult - all-day - 28\u20ac, 4-hour - 25\u20ac (note: during the week at the ticket office)<\/li>\n \t<li>Child - all-day - 20\u20ac, 4-hour - 22\u20ac (note: during the week at the ticket office)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe 2-hour ski pass is also a novelty. Access to the resort is from the village of <strong>Renchisov<\/strong>, where there is a car park. The road to the mountain hut is passable with a 4\u00d74 drive or a car with snow chains. In the case of a larger group of people it is possible to arrange a lift from the lower car park.\n\nIn the resort there is<strong> mountain chalet Bukvica<\/strong> with catering facilities, in the form of a dispensing window. There is a complete ski equipment rental.\n\nThe resort has technical snowmaking, but during the winter it has no shortage of natural snow. <strong>According to the current conditions, three ski lifts are used<\/strong>y - two children's (S1, S2) and lift (P) under the forest.
