On Sunday\u00a027 September 2026<\/strong>\u00a0We invite you to an interactive event\u00a0Experience castles in a different way -<\/strong> \u0160ebe\u0161 Castle<\/strong>. Together, we\u2019ll set off to explore the history and natural beauty of \u0160ari\u0161, discover local traditions and the mysterious nooks and crannies of the castle hill, and finish by sampling traditional dishes from the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A day full of exploration, activity and new experiences awaits you \u2013 starting with the castle ruins \u0160ebe\u0161<\/a> through the nature reserve Oak Hill<\/a> all the way to the U Cip\u00edska farm.<\/p>\n\n\n

The route is also suitable for families with older children, aged approximately 6 and over<\/strong>, which can handle a forest climb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is waiting for you?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udff0 Shebes Castle<\/strong> \u2013 We\u2019ll walk up to the ruins via the \u0160ebe\u0161 Castle Nature Trail with a guide. The mayor will welcome you at the castle grounds, and during the guided tour you\u2019ll learn more about the castle\u2019s history and its mysterious tale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd25 Barbecue below the castle<\/strong> \u2013 There will also be space by the castle bonfire to roast your own food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf32 Oak Hill<\/strong> \u2013 We\u2019ll set off along a forest trail through the Dubov\u00e1 hora Nature Reserve, where we\u2019ll discover the highlights of the surrounding countryside and woodland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\udea8 The Rocky Eye of D\u017ead<\/strong> \u2013 we\u2019ll discover a mysterious and imposing rock formation hidden away in the woods. We\u2019ll also come across a spot offering beautiful panoramic views of the \u0160ari\u0161 countryside and the surrounding castles \u0160ari\u0161 and Kapu\u0161any<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc10 U Cip\u00edska Farm<\/strong> \u2013 We\u2019ll round off the trip with an activity programme at a local farm. We\u2019ll enjoy a short tour of the animal enclosure, a display of traditional \u0160ari\u0161 folk costumes with the chance to try them on, and a tasting of home-cooked dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\udd58\u00a0Flavours of \u0160ari\u0161<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 to round off the day, we\u2019ll enjoy some traditional home-cooked food and local specialities as part of a delightful dining experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
