The inscription on the inner wall of the cellar wall has been preserved. The year 1894 is mentioned. It is a single-storey block three-bay building, with a prominent continuous rustication and corner boss on the main elevation. The windows have segmental pediments on brackets. The bay has French windows with semicircular finials.
